Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or store credit within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please include your original packing slip or email us at hello@lillabeth.com so that we are able to identify your return order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Sale items are final sale. Any additional items marked as final sale in the item description may not be returned.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at hello@lillabeth.com and send your item to: Lilla & Beth, 1911 Aldrich St. Ste 130, Austin TX 78723, United States. You will be charged $5.99 flat rate shipping for the exchange item regardless of original shipping costs.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit code will be mailed to you.
