Step 1:Â Make sure the affected area is clean. Peel a dot from the backing.
Step 2:Â Cover the entire whitehead or blemish with the dot, pressing to ensure even contact with the skin.
Step 3:Â Allow the dot to remain in place for 6-8 hours, or overnight.
